If you would like our advice about how to proceed with your own consumer tale, please e-mail us at admin@consumertales.com, with "free advice" as the Subject. We cannot promise to respond to all requests we receive, but we will do our best to respond to as many as possible.

We warrant that all personal information you send us will remain strictly confidential. You agree that we may publish your tale, at our option. Should we choose to publish your tale, we will edit it, as we see fit, including removing all names of people and merchants. We will show only your initials and city, at the bottom of the tale.
